Create your first product
A product in Floatless represents the service or subscription plan that your customers purchase. It defines the pricing structure, billing interval, and what appears on invoices.
What you'll do
- Define the product name and description
- Choose a pricing model (recurring, one-time, or usage-based)
- Set the price and billing frequency
Steps
Follow these steps to set up your first subscription plan:
- Navigate to the Products section in your dashboard.
- Select the option to create a new product.
- Enter a clear name for your product.
- Select the "Recurring" pricing type for subscriptions.
- Enter the price amount and select the billing interval (e.g., Monthly).
- Save your product to make it available for subscriptions.

[!TIP] You can always edit the name, description, or add new prices later. Creating a product does not lock you into this pricing forever. You can archive products you no longer use.
