Complete KYB Verification
To ensure Floatless remains a safe and compliant platform for all businesses, we require every organization to complete a Know Your Business (KYB) verification process. This standard procedure helps prevent fraud and enables us to handle your billing securely.
Before You Start
Please have the following information ready to ensure a smooth setup:
- Official Business Address: Your registered physical address (cannot be a PO Box).
- Tax Identification Number: Your EIN (US) or VAT ID (International).
- Support Contact Info: The email address your customers should use for billing questions.
Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to submit your business profile for verification.
Navigate to Organization Settings
Log in to your Floatless dashboard. In the bottom-left corner, click on Settings and select Organization Profile. ![Screenshot: The Settings menu expanded with Organization Profile highlighted]
update Business Details
Fill in your official company details. All fields in this section are mandatory for verification.
- Company Name: Enter your legally registered business name.
- Business Email: Providing a dedicated billing email ensures you don't miss important notifications.
- Business Address: Enter your full street address, city, state, zip code, and country.
Tip: Make sure to select your country from the dropdown menu to ensure the correct currency options are displayed.
Enter Tax Information
Enter your Tax ID. This number must match exactly what is on your official registration documents.
Review and Save
Double-check all information for accuracy. Typos in your Tax ID or Address can cause delays. When you are ready, click Save Changes.
Understanding Your Status
Once you submit your information, your account status will update automatically.
| Status Badge | What it Means |
|---|---|
| Pending | We are waiting for you to submit your initial business details. |
| Under Review | You have submitted your details (Light Checked). You can start setting up products, but payouts may be paused until full verification. |
| Verified | Your business is fully verified! You have complete access to all billing and payout features. |
