Exporting Data
Floatless makes it easy to export your billing data for use in accounting systems, BI tools, or custom analysis.
When should I read this?
Read this if you need to get your data out of Floatless for reporting, accounting, or integration purposes.
Export formats

Invoices
Export invoice data including:
- Invoice number, date, due date
- Customer information
- Line items and amounts
- Payment status
- Tax details
Customers
Export customer records:
- Contact information
- Billing addresses
- Tax settings
- Account status
Subscriptions
Export subscription data:
- Products and pricing
- Status and dates
- Billing intervals
- Customer associations
Revenue reports
Export revenue metrics:
- MRR/ARR over time
- Revenue by customer
- Revenue by product
How to export
From the dashboard
- Navigate to the relevant section (Invoices, Customers, etc.)
- Apply filters if needed
- Click "Export" button
- Select format and date range
- Download file
Via API
Use the API to programmatically export data:
GET /api/v1/invoices?format=csv&start_date=2024-01-01
Scheduled exports
Set up automatic exports:
- Go to Settings → Exports
- Configure schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Choose data types and format
- Set delivery method (email, webhook)
