Discounts & Coupons

Floatless allows you to create flexible promotions to acquire and retain customers. You can apply discounts directly to an order or generate Coupons for customers to redeem themselves.

Coupon Types

Percentage Off

Reduces the order total by a set percentage.

• Example: "20% Off Black Friday Sale"

Fixed Amount Off

Reduces the order total by a specific dollar amount.

• Example: "$10 Off Your First Month"

Duration Control

You can control how long a discount lasts once applied to a subscription:

• Once: Applies only to the first invoice.
• Repeating: Applies for a specific number of months (e.g., "3 Months Free").
• Forever: Applies indefinitely until the subscription is canceled.
